Poches Chic, LLC is based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico.   Merchandise purchased and shipped to a New Mexico residence will be charged sales tax for Santa Fe, New Mexico. 

Poches Chic, LLC does not keep a record of credit card numbers.

Poches Chic, LLC uses PayPal for the online processing of credit cards.

 

Privacy

Poches Chic, LLC will not share your information with any third party entity.   Email information is collected and maintained by Chimp Mail. 

 

Email Subscription

Poches Chic, LLC  reserves the right to send campaign emails to anyone who subscribes to the email distribution of Poches Chic.  The subscriber has the right to unsubscribe from the email list at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

 

Shipping

Poches Chic, LLC ships merchandise using USPS Priority Mail with email Delivery Confirmation.

 

Return Policy

Poches Chic, LLC has a 14-day return policy for merchandise not worn, tags intact, or damaged.  The 14-day return policy starts when customer receives merchandise verified by the email delivery confirmation.

 

Poches Chic, LLC pays the shipping for returns.  Customer shall email return@pocheschic.com requesting to return merchandise and stating reason for return.  An easy and convenient  USPS prepaid shipping label will be  emailed to the customer to print and return merchandise.
